Kevin M. Toliver Memorial Scholarship Fund

This scholarship fund was established in July of 2006 by Evette J. Castillo to acknowledge both the recent death and to celebrate the remarkable life of our fellow classmate, Kevin M. Toliver. The scholarship is designed to provide financial assistance to a qualified candidate who demonstrates the characteristics of Kevin. Additionally, the canidate must strive to both serve in the armed forces and set forth to obtain a college degree.
